QUOTE OF THE DAY: DILIGENCE BRINGS YOU KINGSHIP REWARDS..

Quote of the day is credited to King Solomon, known for being the wisest king that ever lived and the richest man in world history. He had seven hundred wives and three hundred concubines, which is quite an unbeatable record. His father was King David, a man after God's heart.

QUOTE:

"Take a closer look at a man diligent in his work and duty, examine his ways for he shall stand before kings and not mean men."

MORAL:

The ways of a diligent man usually leads him to his greatness in life. The wisest man that ever lived made us to understand that a man diligent in his place of work or duty, that is whatever he finds himself doing shall surely stand and relate in the presence of kings and not 'never do wells'. You may want to ask, 'what does it takes for one to be diligent?', my simple answer to this honourable question of yours is that to be diligent in whatever you do is to put in more time, energy, passion and determination in doing that which you have chosen to do.

A diligent man is a man whom when others are gossiping each other, he is not caught up with their gossips, he is ever focused and determined to make it in his chosen field or endeavour. Do not be carried away by the side attractions of things, let your mind be whole at what you do and by so doing you are gradually building yourself and your personality such that you become well known in your place of work or area in life.

The secretes of great men in time past and in the present is being diligent in whatever they find themselves doing. No work area in life is too small or too humble enough to be disregarded, whether you are a tomatoes seller, ice fish seller, welder, farmer or fisher man, what have you, there is no job too little to do, all it takes is being diligent in doing that thing you find yourself doing and sooner or later the rewards will be staring you at the face. In case you are jobless, don't just seat down there, fold your hands and do nothing, get on your feet and look for something you can do no matter how little it is, commit it to God, and he will surely make a way for you where there is no way.

Many of the ultra rich today started something which most people around them taught  to be lesser jobs, for example as at the time Bill Gates and his child hood friend Paul Allen started their Software company Microsoft, a lot of people saw programming as a witch hunt, that is there were very little prospect in the business of programming. Software programmers during that era where not paid much and it was regarded as a last resort for most people back then who needed to get a good and high paying jobs but nevertheless, Bill Gates and his childhood friend stood shoulder high because they had a vision and Bill Gates pursued that vision to the later with Microsoft becoming the largest Software company in the world and Bill Gates, a regular household name in the book of the richest men in the world.

No matter your family background, if you come from a very poor family background, all hope is never lost because history can give account of men who from such poor background rose up to become world's greatest. Take for example, Abraham Lincoln, one of the greatest President America ever had came from a very poor background in Kentucky and rose from grass to grace and became the 16th president of the United States of America. What about likes of Napoleon Hill, one of the greatest inspirational speaker and wealth teacher, known for his world class and Best Selling books, 'Think and Grow Rich' and 'The Laws of Success', he was born into a one room apartment and struggled despite the hardships to be one of the world's best motivational and inspirational wealth teacher and author. Another notable example is former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan who went to school with no shoes, suffered hardship but despite the hardship and humble beginning, he steadily rose up to become the President of Nigeria at the age of 46 years, after becoming a Deputy Governor, Governor, Vice President, Acting President then finally a President. You may think that Jonathan's success is as a result of luck or maybe 'na jazz' as most people would want to call it but indeed I would say that this man was focused, determined and diligent from the onset and that alone gradually brought him to the corridors of power and today his name is recorded in history as one of the ruling President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and numerous awards have been given to him as well for his conduct while still in office. Stories of these great men will tell you that diligence really pays, they were diligent in their chosen areas and rose from poverty to affluence. No matter the situation you are passing through at the moment, just stay focus, be determined and diligent in what you are doing and you will surely get to your final destination of success and break through.

In conclusion, whatever your hand find to do, do it with all your might, with all diligence, be determined and have a clear vision of where you are heading to or what you want to become in life, stick to that vision or dream no matter what even if the road becomes very narrow and the burden becomes so heavy for you to bear the weight, for surely a day will come when you shall have every cause to smile and rub shoulders with kings and not mean and mere men. I pray that your dreams come through and what you have laboured very hard for will surely bring you untold joy, happiness and laughter.
