There is no point of getting angry every time someone offends you or tries to make you angry, its a total waste of time and 'resources'. You should endeavor to make your getting angry at anything so expensive that when others try to make you angry instead of giving them what pleases them the most(seeing you angry and frustrated), you turn the tables at them and just smile at them.

Your happiness should be so cheap and almost free such that you are always filled with joy and gladness from the inside and outside. This helps to do three things, firstly it gives others the impression that you are a wonderful person to be with, secondly it puts your enemies to shame because when they were expecting that you will be sad and angry, instead you prove them wrong by being happy, thirdly it helps improve, prolong your life and makes you stay younger as it has been scientifically proven that when one smiles often he or she becomes younger.

In conclusion never sell your anger so cheaply to someone instead chose to give them your smile for free and in doing so, you are making the world a better place to live in.
