Patience is a strong virtue that all great leaders must possess, it is the ability to set your mind on a particular thing which can be a goal, a dream, or purpose and persistently work towards it till you achieve it. A lot of persons give up too easily on their goals or dreams due to temporary setbacks and some give up at the point of almost succeeding, all these are as a result of lack of patience. "A patient dog" they say "eats the fattest bone", this is true, no matter how things seem difficult for you, you should never be in a hurry to give up on that dream of yours, be patient, press hard and further and you will surely get there.
