INSIGHT:
Anger is a very deadly poison that only harms the person given to it and not the person it is directed towards. It is a form of emotional trauma, negative I must say that poisons and disrupt the normal functioning of your cells and organs. A man easily given to anger easily brings destruction upon himself.
There are basically three ways of getting rid of the poison produced by the brain when given to anger, one of such ways is through the pores of the one's skin, the other is through the lungs with the poison being carried away as air breathed out while the last is through the liver which separates waste matter from the blood.
When these three vital organs are overworked, the excess poison produced by an angry person becomes distributed through the persons system and poisons the system. This basically is one of the reason why some persons fall sick regularly. It is best to quickly and easily forgive and overlook certain things than to get angry and fell irritated by anger.
