A lot of times when we feel resentment for someone, it is usually not directed to the person we feel it for but to ourselves. Resentment is like deadly poison as much as other negative emotions or feelings we tend to feel towards others. If someone should offend you, it is best to forgive and let go of whatever wrong he did to you because by doing so, you save yourself from deadly poison called resentment and hatred.
In conclusion, having resentment for others because they wronged you one way or the other will never do you good, it is always best to forgive and let go so you stay healthier and live longer .
