My reply to this is very simple; love is being kind to others, it does not envy others or the good works of others, love is never proud of itself but see others through the mirror of humility, it seeks not her own, that is to say that love is not greedy and does not think evil towards others.
In conclusion, always remember that no matter your 'good works' on earth, without love, they are all 'dead works'. Let's try to cultivate the attitude of love within ourselves so God's blessings will never pass us by.
