Excellence is the ability to add a little extra to whatever one does. The kind of job you do, speaks volume of the kind of person you are. Doing a job you are very passionate about would cause you to want to do more even when it seems tiresome and boring to others.
It is always best that you get a job not just because of the monetary reward but for the job satisfaction you get from doing the job. A lot of persons go for jobs that have higher pay but lower satisfaction and they end up being frustrated in the long run.
In conclusion, every job should be identifiable with the person that does it and most times it is best to do more than you are required to do in your field of endeavor.
