How to Open a Yahoo mail Account?

The Yahoomail is a platform used for sending emails or online mails to loved ones, family and friends as well as business associates and to reach out to a large audience through mails. It contains a very robust features for performing the above tasks. Below are some of the steps you could use to open a Yahoomail account.

Step 1: Log on to www.yahoomail.com and wait for the page to come up and click on the 'Create Account' button.

 

 Step 2: On the page that appears, select the country you are.

 

Step 3: Type in your first name and last name, unique username, password(this should contain both letters, numbers and symbols), select country code and type in your phone number, your date of birth, gender(male or female), your phone number and phone number of someone you can trust in case you lost logging details of your account. When you are done, click 'Create Account'  as shown below.

 

Step 4: A verification page would appear, simply type in the code you see in the box provided and click 'Submit Code'.

 

Step 5: A congratulation page appears telling you that your account has been created, you can now proceed to your Inbox.

 

 You can now start sending and receive mails with the yahoo mail platform.
